Cortisoothe Shampoo
Anti-pruritic, anti-inflammatory therapeutic shampoo for dogs and cats. CORTISOOTHE contains 1% hydrocortisone and 1% colloidal oatmeal in a conditioning shampoo vehicle and is indicated for various pruritic erythematous dermatoses, e.g., seborrheic dermatitis, atopy, and flea-bite dermatitis.
Use: Shake well before use. Wet the hair coat with warm water and apply a sufficient amount of shampoo to create a rich lather. Massage Cortisoothe Shampoo into wet hair coat, lather freely. Rinse and repeat. Allow to remain on hair for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Frequency of use: Initially two to three times a week for four weeks, then reducing to once a week, or as directed by your veterinarian.
